Terms of Service

1. What IONOSIA is

IONOSIA is a product search and comparison service, a marketplace where independent sellers list items, and a set of concierge services (Buy for me, Rent for me, Book for me) handled by IONOSIA moderators.

Products found on external marketplaces are sold by those stores, not by IONOSIA. If you buy directly, you buy on the original store's website under that store's terms, and IONOSIA takes no part in that purchase.

2. Early access

IONOSIA is in early access. Some features, such as online payment and automatic purchasing from external stores, are not available yet. The service says so wherever it applies, and nothing is charged unless you have been clearly told and have confirmed it.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Give accurate details, confirm your email and phone number, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Search results and prices

Product details, prices, shipping costs and availability come from third-party sources and can change at any moment. IONOSIA shows them as found and cannot guarantee that they are complete or current. Check the details with the seller before you pay.

5. Concierge services

A moderator handles each request by hand. You describe what you need, choose an option and confirm every step. Nothing is bought, rented or booked for you, and you are not charged, until you have confirmed. Fees are shown before you confirm.

6. Marketplace listings

Sellers are responsible for their listings being accurate, lawful and not misleading. Listings are reviewed before they appear, and IONOSIA may refuse or remove any listing. Selling illegal, counterfeit or dangerous items is not allowed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or the rights of others;
• create fake or duplicate accounts, or use automated tools to sign up, search or scrape the service;
• try to break, probe or overload the service or its security;
• send false requests or misuse the verification messages.

8. Liability

IONOSIA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, IONOSIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what third-party sellers and stores do or fail to do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and if a change is important we will tell you. Using IONOSIA after a change means you accept it. Questions: artursyan1996@gmail.com.
